Customer Satisfaction
In 2007 the South Australian Government created a new target, for the South Australia Strategic Plan, to increase public satisfaction with the performance of government services by 10% by 2010. The target recognises the need for a skilled and flexible public service to actively understand and address the needs of the community.
This website contains a number of resources to assist government organisations to build a strategy for the creation of a culture of customer service and the achievement of the target. This includes a number of resources produced by the Government Reform Commission during 2007.
